Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm it by email once payment goes through. Ready-made rugs are one of a kind, so if two people check out at the same moment we will refund the second order in full.
Custom rugs start after you approve the design and pay the deposit on your invoice (usually 50%). The balance is due before the rug ships. Because each custom rug is made for you, deposits are non-refundable once production begins.
When you send us a logo, photo or design, you confirm that you have the right to use it. You keep ownership of your artwork. We may share photos of finished rugs on our site and social media unless you ask us not to.
Every rug is tufted by hand. Small differences in color, pile height and shape from the mockup are part of the process and are not defects.

Our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Rugs are decor; use a rug pad on hard floors.
