Ready-to-ship rugs usually leave the studio within 3-5 business days. Made-to-order and pre-order rugs are tufted after purchase and usually ship in 2-4 weeks, depending on size and detail.
Shipping is calculated during Stripe Checkout. Larger rugs may require oversized packaging, and we will contact you if a custom piece needs a special shipping quote.
Tracking is emailed when your order is marked shipped. You can also see tracking from your account order history after logging in.
