Simple care keeps handmade rugs looking fresh.
Shake gently or vacuum on low suction without a beater bar. Rotate occasionally if the rug sits in a high-traffic or sunny spot.
Blot, do not rub. Use a clean towel and a small amount of mild soap with cool water. Let the area air dry fully.
Use a rug pad for floor pieces. Wall-display pieces should be hung with secure hardware appropriate for the rug size and weight.
