When you order, request a quote, join a waitlist, leave a review, or create an account, we collect what you give us: your name, email, shipping address, phone number, order notes, and any photos or artwork you upload.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe and never touch our servers. See Stripe's privacy policy for how they handle payment data.
We use your information to make and ship your rug, send receipts, invoices and order updates, answer your questions, and remind you about a cart you left behind. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
We use a sign-in cookie if you create an account, and your browser's local storage to remember your cart and wishlist. We do not use advertising trackers.
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete your information at any time by emailing [email protected]. Order and payment records may be kept as long as tax law requires.
